GRC is made of alkali-resistant glass fiber as a reinforcing material, low-alkali cement with sulfate-aluminate as a binding material, and suitable aggregates, formed by production processes such as spraying, molding, extrusion, and slurry casting, resulting in a lightweight, high-strength, high-toughness, and multifunctional new type of inorganic composite material. It has the same properties and lifespan as concrete and is a green building material that can be recycled.

Product Features

1. Plasticity

GRC products are mixed according to a certain ratio of raw materials and then sprayed into molds for molding, producing products with rich shapes and diverse textures. They can be artistically shaped according to the different needs of customers and designers, perfectly realizing the designer’s dreams.

2. Lightweight with High Strength

The volumetric density of GRC is approximately 1.8-1.9, and a standard 8mm thick GRC board weighs only 15kg, with a compressive strength exceeding 40Mpa and a flexural strength exceeding 34Mpa, far exceeding international standards.

3. Ultra-thin Technology, Large Size

GRC boards can be made as thin as 5mm, with standard widths of 900mm and 1200mm and unlimited lengths. They can also be made from 5mm to any thickness and size, as long as transportation conditions are met.

4. Rich Colors, Diverse Shapes

GRC products use homogeneous transparent mineral raw materials and can be made into various colors and shapes according to customer requirements.

5. Good Texture, Multiple Textures

The surface of GRC products can be made into different texture effects such as sandblasted, lychee-faced, and smooth, as well as different textures such as stripes, hollows, and reliefs.

6. Environmentally Friendly, Non-Radiative

GRC is a renewable material that is environmentally friendly. The raw materials do not contain radioactive elements and are classified as Class A environmental protection materials by national standards.

Application Fields

GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) is primarily used in the construction field for exterior facade decoration, interior wall decoration, architectural decorative components, and landscape ornaments. Its most common application is in the architectural skin.

Architectural decorative components are where GRC is most commonly used. Various GRC component products are available on the market, such as GRC columns, cornices, decorative moldings, corner lines, door and window frames, and GRC flowerpots and railings.
